Summer 2021 ATL Nurse Residency Programs

Hey, 

I just wanted to create a thread so we can share where we are applying and if/when we hear anything back. I applied to WellStar with my first choice being the ATL campus and ED. I plan to apply to Grady and Piedmont when their application opens in the next few months. Any one else start applying?

I was also looking for the women's services as well. ☹️

They will probably send out a different signup link. The one I received yesterday was only for ED and the one from today did not have ED on it at all. I am guessing that women's services will be the same.

I interview tomorrow with northside. Those that have gotten offers or interviewed, did they give a timeline on how long it would take to get a response? I know that someone heard back same day, but I was not sure if there was a timeline given

Received WellStar link today! does anyone know if Cardiovascular/Thoracic surgery is an intra-op position or a surgical floor?

Usually they always send them late at night for me, so hopefully I get one tonight or next week.

Hopefully! A week or so back in this thread someone mentioned that they only were accepting 2 students for L&D and they got one of the spots. They were either a tech or a extern there is I'm not mistaken

Has anyone interviewed at Northside Atlanta L&D and can share some questions they asked in the interview?

I interviewed with northside but it was for ED and got an offer, they just asked the basic situational questions. Are you internal at northside? They told me they weren’t even interviewing external people for women’s services so I’m just curious!
