Summer 2021 ATL Nurse Residency Programs

Hey, 

I just wanted to create a thread so we can share where we are applying and if/when we hear anything back. I applied to WellStar with my first choice being the ATL campus and ED. I plan to apply to Grady and Piedmont when their application opens in the next few months. Any one else start applying?

Did anyone receive the signup link for WellStar hiring event?

I received the Wellstar email to sign up for interview times today. This was for ED.

were you able to sign up for multiple locations? Did you only sign up for ED?

Congratulations! I still haven't got my email to sign up for interview times, but I want to be in the labor and delivery unit so maybe thats why it's taking a while

The signup genius was only for the emergency department. It has a restriction for only two interviews. I signed up for AMC and Kennestone.

I signed up for interviews on March 20th for Wellstar, I got up 5 minutes after it was sent and all of the Kennestone Neuro ICU spots were gone. it is my dream to work on that unit and would love an interview spot. I was able to get intermediate IMCU and acute neuroscience IMCU!! surprised they did not have a lot of ICU floors open.

Yeah I didn't see any women's services, which was very disappointing. I may email them and ask if they are even having interviews for them.

They will probably send out a different signup link. The one I received yesterday was only for ED and the one from today did not have ED on it at all. I am guessing that women's services will be the same.
