Suggestions for RN-BSN online

Hello!

I am currently attending Utica College in NY online RN-BSN program and to say it's a nightmare is putting it mildly!!! I have applied to Arizona State University and had applied to Chamberlain (which seems a bit pricey) but wanted to ask any suggestions for an accelerated RN-BSN program??? I want to get this done as quick and as painless as possible!!

Thanks!! :)

I'm familiar with the U Texas - Arlington and Ohio U on-line RN-BSN programs. Both are nightmares from the admissions perspective. One small example: I applied to OU in February and never heard anything until I contacted them last month. They still have not sent any admissions or evaluation information however, which seems to make it unlikely that I will be able to start their summer session which begins 20 June.

I was accepted into the UT-A program but their evaluation process was dreadful. They wanted me to take 7 additional non-nursing courses, primarily due to basing their transcript evaluation on course titles - they refused to look at the catalog descriptions and ignored much of the coursework from my 3 previous degrees.

My understanding is that both schools have good programs but my experience with each so far has not been positive.

I haven't even taken my RN boards yet and I'm set to go with WGU. My advisor has been staying of top of my progress sending me emails for everything I need to get started. Worth checking out. Utica College didn't sound too appealing.

I was going to apply to utica college. Could you tell me what you didn't like about?
