Suggestions for online Psych NP Program

HI, I'm new and was hoping I might be able to get your suggestions. I am an "older" RN with many years experience as a Psych RN. Thinking about taking the next step to a Psych NP. But, I have a family and need to work as much as I can. I can't move away to attend a school. I live in Northern New England. So I'm thinking of an online university program that is affordable. I seriously doubt I'll qualify for any financial aid. I'm not poor but definitely not rich. Can anyone offer suggestions. Thanks

I am in the same boat but not currently a psych nurse. I applied to Eastern KY University. There is also Drexel, SLU and some others....I'm trying to figure out how to juggle things. PM if you like.

Here is a list off the top of my head. I am pretty sure that all of these programs are online with some having 2-3 visits total during the program.

University of North Dakota - excellent program and affordable. Avoid Midwestern State at all costs!

Thanks for the feedback. Thought I found a program with little or no campus visits in Southern Indiana Univ. but then saw that they do not do Distance Learning in my state...Maine. Back at it.

Im looking into Wilkes np psych online program, $536 per credit. Drexel is $717 (net of my affiliate discount). Im looking for cheap np online program since i am experienced and self motivated to study on my own. Anyone here currently enrolled in np online program of Wilkes? Thanks for any info.
