i already have saunders 5th ed yellow book plus the saunders q&a book. I plan to get mosbys nclex rn review questions and nclex 4000. my dilemma is choosing either from Hurst review or NCSBN?
What would you suggest guys?
i already used kaplan on my previous try on nclex so i plan to take another review material
Thanks!

i thought kaplan was the better of the 3, i tried NCSBN but it wasn't helpful, their diagnostic test was virtually useless as it didn't tell you where to focus, and the questions were a joke and no where near nclex level/style.
I've only used the hurst videos but thought it was just like ncsbn. For kaplan, did you use the RN content review guide? The first time i failed nclex i used my report to guide my studies for my retake, and passed.
but for hurst vs ncsbn: Hurst if you're a visual/audio learner, NCSBN if you're a reader.
@nursephillyphil
thank you for your reply
how's the sample questions of hurst? i can say that kaplan's qts and qbanks are near nclex, but video content is poop. i have to admit im weak on content so im reading saunders again. might not take ncsbn because of what you said
not sure of the questions by hurst. I favored kaplan because their content was concise and the questions simulated what i had on nclex the first time. Good luck!

hi, im thinking of doing hurst review online too. i guess if you're weak on the content then go for the hurst but for the practice questions it is kaplan.
