Could anyone provide me with information on this community? I am interested in relocating and working in Houston in critical care at a major medical center.
How is the commute to Houston? ( I am a night nurse so hopefully will traveling opposite the worst of it!)
I am an experienced ICU nurse. What is the payscale like?
How is the weather?
Any info is appreciated!

I moved to SL a little over 2 years ago and love it! I commute into the Texas Med Ctr. during the week. My average time is about half an hour, but this depends on what time I'm driving in. Sorry, I don't know much about the pay scale. Good luck.

I don't live there, but I used to stay there a lot and it's a GREAT area! Very nice!

I have a patient out in Sugarland and I think its a very nice area.
I personally dont know much about the commute @ night- but I do drive to do visits on this patient and it takes me 30-40 minutes and I live in the heights area, and am about 5 miles from the Med Center.
I can comment on the weather though- HOT!
