Suffolk County Community College LPN to RN Program Spring 2023

Hi, my name is Ashley. I created this forum for students applying to Suffolk County Community College's LPN to RN Program for the Spring 2023 semester. No one else has created a forum yet for this year, so I took the liberty of making a forum for us myself. Please feel free to use this forum as a way to support each other throughout this process, help each other, share resources for the TEAS, and ask each other questions. The deposit was due yesterday, so I'm assuming they're trying to figure out who paid and who didn't pay. So hopefully you hear from them today.

I haven’t heard anything but they were making phone calls yesterday

The phone calls that went out Tuesday were for priority registration

No, my friend who was waitlisted received a call asking if she was still interested in the program & she was accepted

Hi! I’m planning on applying to this program soon and I was wondering if anyone that got in would be comfortable sharing their rubric scores. I know the regular RN program is really competitive, I’ve heard LPN-RN does get less applicants. My grades are good but not perfect and I have to retake the TEAS since it’s been a year but I’d like to get an idea of what my chances are. Congrats to everyone that go in ?

Nopeeee they said decisions will go out the next two weeks into December

It is really hard to get accepted into Nassau LPN? I was in BSN RN program but I failed my very last class Critical Care for 3 points a day before my graduation. And I retake psychiatric nursing before so I can't retake critical care. I want to go back to nursing from LPN! Please let me know how competitive Nassau College
