Suffolk County Community College LPN to RN Program Spring 2023

Updated:   Published

Hi, my name is Ashley. I created this forum for students applying to Suffolk County Community College's LPN to RN Program for the Spring 2023 semester. No one else has created a forum yet for this year, so I took the liberty of making a forum for us myself. Please feel free to use this forum as a way to support each other throughout this process, help each other, share resources for the TEAS, and ask each other questions. Best of luck to each of you!

Do you think there was a lot of applicants this year? Usually these forums are flooded…surprised with the lack of people chatting!

Specializes in Dialysis.

I feel like probably not who knows? Still crossing my fingers checking here everyday, though.

Seems like last year the pool found out this week so I’d imagine it’ll be soon

I emailed them today and they said by the end of this month.

I got accepted into Nassau. Hopefully we find out soon so I can make a decision!!

I’m not sure, there are usually a lot of applicants. I actually already decided on Molloy University. But all that would mean for you that you will have a better chance of getting into the program. The LPN to RN program is less competitive than the standard RN program. Best of luck!!

I’m interested in this if I don’t get into SCCC but it seemed confusing with the criteria you need—any tips? I have all my pre-reqs for sccc & TEAS (obv) but graduated LPN a few years ago!

Congrats! And thank you!

Any word yet? Obsessively refreshing my email

Nothing yet for me.

Yes last month. Has anyone heard anything yet from suffolk?
