Hi I'm applying to Suffolk's nursing program for Fall 2019. Just giving room for everyone to chat as we get closer to the deadline ( Jan 15 ) , can anyone offer any information in term of points for acceptance, available seating and difficulty of the program ?

Hey. I got an 85 on the teas and an 82.75 on the rubric. Is it confirmed that people actually got an acceptance letter for grant campus?

Hi ! I got an 80 on the teas and a 74 rubric score because I'm missing a few classes that I am taking this semester. I hope its good enough. I didn't realize letters would have already been sent out I thought it was mid march?

Not sure about acceptance letters, I didn’t get anything. I thought it was early April!

I got an 82.7 TEAS and 78 rubric.

I took the TEAS review course at Suffolk in the Fall and the woman (that was a nursing professor) said they Take the highest TEAS scores. ?‍♀️

Whew lets hope so. I don't know if anyone has officially recieved a letter. I just heard rumors. Also there has been previous posts about acceptance info being sent to your suny email.

Nervous because I have all my pre reqs done with an A in all of them but only scored proficient on the TEAs with a 77.8. I know the TEAs basically determines if you get in or not I’m just a horrible test taker. I’m gonna be graduating with a degree in biomedical sciences this May with a cumulative GPA of 3.8, but I feel like that doesn’t matter. I’m stressed because I didn’t get directly into stony brook and idk how likely I am to get in here now. Wishing everyone luck though!

Hi everyone!

I contacted Suffolk a few days ago and was told end of March, beginning of April for letters to be sent out...a lifetime away it feels!

I’ve checked other message boards on this site and officals always give a weird time frame for when you can expect letters when in reality, people who are accepted recieve letters earlier then people who are rejected. Also in previous message boards all accepted students recieved confirmation emails in there Suffolk email relatively on the same day. So we should all know at the same time whether we’re in or not . Finally I’ve read that students who applied to Grant recieved there acceptance first, Ammerman after. Students also heard of there acceptance in the first weeks of March, as early as 3/3. So we could hear by Monday.?

I’m just trying not to think about the date! Hah

I got accepted to SUNY Morrisville and Maria College in Albany ? Maria College was last resort as its private and more expensive.

Does anyone know anything about the Morrisville program? I’ve seen mostly negative reviews but from years ago, nothing recent. I like that you are automatically accepted to their RN-BSN.

Hey does anyone who has informed delivery are you getting mail that doesn’t have an image displayed ? I have 2 pieces and coming today and normally don’t. Trying to see if anyone had something similar

Yes, I have one piece that says doesn't have an image to display. I am hoping this is it. Last year they got their letters on March 14 and the year before they got theirs on March 3 so it can really be any day now. Also, some people said their letter did not come up on informed delivery at all and some said it said doesn't have an image to display. Now its just a waiting game!

I got my payment plan bill in the mail today for the current semester. Hopefully we hear soon.
