Starting the thread for those anxious applicants trying to get a read on this year's pool of candidates...

So who is willing to post what they've scored?

Here's mine:

A&P 1: A

A&P 2: B+

Eng 1: A

Eng 2: B+

Micro: ___

Psych: A

Stats: C- (blah!)

TEAS: 78

Not particularly found of the revision to the rubric.

So what are you holding???

I'm not positive but I know they told us at the nursing meeting- I believe it was 100 for ammerman and 60 for grant. I did comment on your post in the other thread, I think you should continue studying for the TEAS and plan to retake it and apply for the next deadline. They accept proficient scores for application but I think to get in you need an advanced score or close to it- Just being honest, its a competitive program and the teas is a hard test and if you keep studying and put your mind to it, you can do it. Buy the teas study guide with the book and practice tests, use pocket prep, and khan academy videos for the science. Good luck!

Study for the Teas and retake it a day or two before the next deadline. Suffolk is highly competitive. Maybe even take micro and try your hardest to get an A to get 4 points to the rubric.

I was told late march early april to look for a answer. Which campus did you apply to?

I applied to ammerman as first choice and grant as second choice. That's a really long time to wait! Oh well...

If you look into last years thread that was posted on this site, you'll find that they got their letters around March 10th.

Hi All!

I applied to the Ammerman day program. I already have a BA from my undergrad with a 2.79 GPA, not the best but my prerequisites from Suffolk alone I have a 3.7. I am a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society with SCCC.

AP1- B+

AP2- A

Micro- A

Stats- A

Lifespan- B+

TEAS- 72.0%

My TEAS is not the strongest so I am a little worried about that being a large determining factor in my acceptance.

I might have to retake the TEAS test.
