  1. How many people applied for LPN-RN program and how many are just straight up RN?

5 members have participated

So I'm not sure how many people apply to the Spring Program at Suffolk but wanted a spot for us to talk and compare our grades and just have each others back through the process! Feel free to just say what you're feeling and your grades! Good luck to everyone!!!

I heard that if people fail/ drop out and spots open that you can switch programs. From night to day etc. That might not be 100% correct , but I've heard of people doing that.

If that's the case I would want to do that.

Ahh, good point about the whole clinical thing!

And if that really is the case that would be amazing

The fall is a two year day program and the spring is a 3 year night program

I didn't know the spring was only an evening program ! I thought both Spring and Fall offered day & evening options. I applied to the LPN-RN program for spring which is day, but I didn't know the regular RN program was only evenings.

EVERYONE!!! ITS OFFICIAL!

Acceptances are going out!!

I received my EMAIL (I didn't know they sent them out??) THAT I WAS ACCEPTED!!! Into Spring 2019 Ammerman LPN-RN Program!

I got accepted as well into the grant evening nursing program but am conflicted if I want to just do the fall and apply to the fall program. :(

Congrats bbeere!

Hi!! Congrats on your acceptance! You have to weigh out the pros and cons and what would work best with your personal life also! My biggest worry in your situation would be if I would get accepted into the next program! Suffolk is competitive !

Congrats ladies! I haven't heard anything yet. That's so weird that they went out already. I had looked at previous forums from past years and they were mailed out mid October

Accepted to the Grant Evening Associate Program!!!! Can't wait to meet everyone! Congrats all!!

I got accepted into the Ammerman evening program! I didn't realize it would be on my Suffolk email haha, so happy though!

But waiting to apply to the fall is iffy. I talked to my parents and they said I should accept this and not wait. A whole round of other people will be applying, I'm sure your grades are great, but you never know just how good the new applicants grades will be. I really think you should accept it! Maybe, someone will drop out of the day program & you can perhaps get that seat. Talk to an advisor. I'm definitely going to, but nmw I'm accepting my evening program seat.
