  1. How many people applied for LPN-RN program and how many are just straight up RN?

So I'm not sure how many people apply to the Spring Program at Suffolk but wanted a spot for us to talk and compare our grades and just have each others back through the process! Feel free to just say what you're feeling and your grades! Good luck to everyone!!!

I got my hardcopy admission packet yesterday. Hand-delivered the tuition deposit/form this morning and waiting for the background check to go through. So excited!

Hey everyone who got accepted and is deciding to accept.. can you buy any all white sneakers or do they want us to buy specific ones?

Yeah, I'm curious about the sneakers too. I'd rather save money and just get a cheap pair lol

Anyone that got accepted confused on the health forms? The front sheet says to submit the immunization form prior to registration but then it says on another page that all health forms must be between dec 22 - jan 19!? So confusing. Good luck to everybody who got in and looking forward to meeting you all!

Im pretty sure you can probably get any "nursing sneakers". I have mine from the LPN program so i'm most likely going to use those! I guess they'll go over it at the orientation though.

Well we all can't regisger prior to the orientation anyways, so we have time to figure it out! Plus we can just ask there about the health forms. I'm pretty sure they'll be giving us more stuff that needs to be filled out! Anyone else need their cpr certification? Or is everyone certified lol

I need to be recertified. The letter says that if you need to be decertified wait until December I think to ensure it will last through all of the semesters.

I need to be recertified too but I was CPR/AED/First Aid before don't we need like the CPR BLS course for nursing school?

Im already certified and just made the cut off date! Will have to re- certify august 2019! Its super easy and quick.

Where did you go to hand deliver your tuition deposit/ form? Also how did you pay? cash/check/money order? I'm going to try to hand deliver my paperwork tomorrow. :)

I was accepted at Grant, so I handed both the deposit and the slip saying I'm accepting the spot in the program in at the cashier's office kn that campus. Since it was in person, I was able to pay by debit card. My student status online now changed from non-matric to nursing, so all seems to be in ordrr so far!
