increased to 2200 units/hour. The heparin drip of 250 ml D5W with 25,000 units of heparin is currently infusing at 1800 units/hour.*At how many*ml/hour*will the heparin drip now infuse?*I know its 22mL/hr but no matter how I set it up*
25,000 units/250 mL=100 units/ml
Desired dose of 2,200 units/hr ÷ 100 unit/mL=22 mL
