Hello,I need help I have a answer but after over of 100 practice questions to make myself better this one has got on my last nerve, I'm sure its easy and maybe I should walk away after 9 hours of this but I need some logic to this one... The client's heparin drip is ordered to be increased to 2200 units/hour. The heparin drip of 250 ml D5W with 25,000 units of heparin is currently infusing at 1800 units/hour. At how many ml/hour will the heparin drip now infuse? I know its 22mL/hr but no matter how I set it up a noooooo. please help

calculations understanding please
1. Order: doxycycline (Vibramycin) 75mg IV Q12 hours. Available: Vibramycin 100mg. Add 8mL of dilutent to equal 10mL. How many mL/hr will you run the medication on the volumetric pump? I get the 7.5 but my other answer 7.5/12hrs is .625..... the teacher has 7.5mL and 107.5=108mL/hr is she wrong ??? I'm coming up clueless... thank you so much...
