I'll be taking my exam soon, and i am way behind my study plan..
I work on a medical office on weekdays and i have a part time job on weekends..
And when I get home (just like today) I'm really exhausted and worn out.
I know I need to prioritize my exam but I also need to go to work especially now that my father is sick.v:crying2:
I can't reschedule my exam anymore because that's the 3rd to last day of the expiration date on my ATT. ( I can't push it anymore)
My only hope is my motivation to pass the exam..
so when my father gets well, he'll be proud of me.
But anyway, I'm just sharing..

I am in the same boat with working and family. I am doing more questions than anything and looking at the rationale. I try to do questions in the morning and at night to balance things.

me,too. It is very hard!
I am working evening as tech in hospital. When I got home at midnight I couldn't study & sleep. I felt so tired and couldn't do nothing. I got up around 9-10am in the morning to start review in few hours.
It's nice hearing from you guys. :) It made me feel I'm not alone in this planet.
Thanks for sharing your situation too. It must be hard.
Let us do this for ourselves and for our family.
Anyway, I think that is the only reason for us to still survive even on hardest path..
Good luck @babe48076 and @MyLuckyDay365.

Hi smartkrissy!
You are not along in this journey. I am an international educated nurse , graduated 9 years ago. I have a full time job, no family in the state and my 8 years marriage is ending. There are some days that I don't want open the book or listening the hurst review lectures, but I am so determined to conker NCLEX and practice nursing here.
Good luck to all test taker. I hope your dad get better soon!

Sorry to hear that from you, but I also admire you for the courage you have in your heart.
Not anyone can surpass what you are experiencing right now. I think I'm still fortunate with my situation.
I wish you luck.. I'm an international nursing student too.
And I understand the feeling of adjusting your self.
Let's all make our special loved ones PROUD! :)
