I'm currently a J2, is it too soon to start studying for NCLEX? When is it a good time to start studying and what study guides are the best? :loveya:

Everyone on here pretty much swears by Saunders.

Not sure what a J2 is but I started studying the first semester. Doing questions pertaining to whatever unit you are working on in school is great practice. I'd find out what NCLEX book your school requires before buying one but Saunders is good imo.

Well I'll be an S1 in the fall and if I get bored over summer break here, I might pick up my NCLEX book/CD to see how well I retained some of the info I've learned over the past 2 semesters, but I'm not going to stress out about it. I use Saunders and Prentice Hall during the school year and I will start doing some more intense review when I start my S2 semester so I'm not overwhelmed once I graduate and take a review class.
Hope this helps!
