I have major test anxiety and I found during both times of taking the NCLEX my hands shook and my heart was pounding very hard. I practiced deep breathing during the test but it didn't seem to help. I attend a yoga class every week also. I have also done biofeedback -- which I don't find helpful at all. Can anyone give me any tips? Thanks!!

Rhodiola rosea(plant/herb), b vitamins, of course yoga and cardio exercise works wonders.

My heart was thundering so loudly in my chest I felt sure you could hear it down the hall. I have no good tips for you.
Wow, that wasn't at all helpful. :stone
Thank you both...Where do I find that plant/herb?? Is it in a capsule?
You can order it online or purchase it at your local health food store, I get mine from Whole Foods market. If you google "Rhodiola Rosea", you'll find some good information on it and then you can decide for yourself. It works well for me and I've been taking it off and on now for about 2 years. You want to take it in 4 month intervals with two weeks off inbetween.
Okay I will google it...thank you :)
No prob.
