What are some of the strangest tasks or jobs you have had to do or worked at?

I can't isolate any one position or task - all I know is that my fellow nurses and I are constantly saying......"they don't pay me enough to do this." Use your imagination.

At a summer job once back in the 1990s, I created a newsletter for the mayor's office. I was super nervous about my boss showing it to the mayor. (I never met the mayor and my boss didn't know how to use the computer yet.) The mayor loved it but he asked me to make his chin thinner looking. I got sent to buy a copy of photoshop. He was very pleased with the result.
The other thing I did that was odd was count airline miles for a lawyer I worked for. His wife forgot to count hers up and he brought me a bag of ticket stubs. It took hours.

I used to get the wonderful job (part of it was fun!) of walking a patient's seeing eye service dog twice during my shift. But then I had to clean up the mess. ; (

I ran a drug testing consortium for businesses in the transportation industry. I learned alot doing that job. I also trained drug screen collectors and assisted the Medical Review Officer.
