Hi everyone!
The application window is finally closed for the two-year BS nursing program at Stony Brook. So I wanted to make this thread because I haven't seen one. Let's stay in touch during this process. I wish everyone success during their journey.
hay! so I had my interview today. There was 5 of us in a group. They asked us 4 questions and for the math It was multiple choice. Know how to add and subtract decimals. Be able to multiply and divide. The questions were not horrible. Don't let your nervousness get to you I did and I started making silly mistakes. Congrats to everyone who got an interview!

Hello! Congrats getting through this day ? May I ask how the interview questions were? Were they generic or did they throw in some tricky questions?
kswann said:3/4 questions were generic questions. The last one was what would you do if you saw a nurse doing something unethical. Im not sure if they will ask that question in tomorrows round of interviews. Just expect the last question to require a little more thinking.
Did they give you a topic on what essay to write about ? Or was the topic up to you?
kswann said:They gave you a topic and it had to be approximately 500 words and you had like 30 min to write it. The topic was a personal question so it wasn't hard at all but I'm not sure if they will switch it up tomorrow.
Appreciate you answering the question. Thank you much!
good luck !

Hi everyone! Can anyone shed some light on whether or not the math portion of the test was multiple choice? Congrats to everyone who got an interview ?
