Stony Brook University School of Nursing Basic Baccalaureate Program Two Year - Class of 2025

Hi everyone! 

The application window is finally closed for the two-year BS nursing program at Stony Brook. So I wanted to make this thread because I haven't seen one. Let's stay in touch during this process. I wish everyone success during their journey.

No ! Not yet but it looks like they still have two dates available for interviews so maybe they aren't finished yet . I'm not sure

They may send out another wave, but from what I've learned from past years they only have two dates for the interviews

Yes ! This is true . I meant to write back earlier but I got busy . I spoke with the nursing department . All invitations were sent out so if you didn't receive one you have to reapply and try again for another semester.

Not yet. The only dates they gave were this Monday and Tuesday and mine is on Tuesday

So glad someone made a thread! My interview is Monday. I'm nervous and excited at the same time. Does any one know when they send out acceptance letters?  Do they even send out letters letting you know that you didn't get accepted or do they just ghost you?

Good luck on the interview! Mine is Tuesday and I'm really nervous about the math. It's been a while since I have taken a math class. I believe they let you know if you got in or rejected through email as well ! Good luck and let us know how it goes ???

You'll do great! I am nervous about the math as well and the fact that I am coming from a totally different field (Im a photographer) and have no health care experience. I'll let you guys know how it goes!! ☺️
