Stony Brook U ABSN - Summer 2010 Applicants

Hi Paco... We started orientation 4 days ago & just got out of our second full day of lectures. On the first day, 6 ppl did not show up, so the program called the waitlist. We now have 4 new classmates, and I'm not sure if they will call anyone else... but if they did, you would be quite behind already.

xtine009, thanks so much for your reply. Not that I was holding out hope because I know for a fact that I was not going to be able to drop everything to start school off a wait list like that, especially when I am out of state right now. I actually kind of envy people that are able to do that. But would be nice to have a confirmatory letter stating that I'm officially un-waitlisted (I'm a big closure person, lol).

I WILL be reapplying for next year, that's for sure. I don't give up just like that :) Stony Brook was my only application this past year, but I am certainly applying to others as well for 2011.

I just got the letter Monday stating that the class is full and there is no room for further alternates ... well duh, classes started weeks ago.

OK, now that that door is closed, let's open the next one I am reapplying.
