Starting a thread for Stony Brook University's Basic BSN Program, Fall 2021 cohort!

Hi! I haven't heard anything from Stony Brooks BSN program yet. I feel like everyone has already had their interviews. Would I have heard back by now if I was getting accepted?

I wish we had a more specific timeframe of when we're going to hear back after interviews. The waiting is killing me LOL

They told us 6-8 weeks so the earliest is end of April.

They told us the same and my interview was on March 1. So it'll probably be anywhere from mid-April and on.

Hey guys! I just received acceptance into the program today so be sure to check your emails!! I'm super excited however I am having some major technical issues with submitting my tuition deposit on SOLAR. Every time I hit submit payment I am logged out of SOLAR LOL, if anyone has any insight on this issue please feel free to share:) good luck to you all.

Do you have to pay the housing deposit if you will be living off campus?

Was anyone alternate listed for the BSN Program? Any information on how it works/ how likely is it to get in?

Having the same issue. I tried twice with different payment methods. I don't want to keep trying because I don't want to get charged multiple times accidentally.

 

Also do you have to pay the housing deposit if you're living off campus? I'm assuming no.
