Stony Brook Basic BSN class of 2020

Nursing Application has now opened for the Basic BSN fall 2018 program. I will be submitting my application Sept 1. I noticed there was no forum so I decided to start one... Good Luck to everyone that is applying. It is a bit early but it doesn't hurt to communicate with everyone. Has everyone finished all their pre-reqs?

I went to interview today, they really try make you feel as relaxed as possible. They ask a question and every one takes turns answering the questions. So just be yourself. The writing sample is fairly easy, they want to see where you stand. The math... oh The math í ½í¸­... lol I'm not a math person but it was basic math such as multiplication division fractions decimals percentages, i would brush up on that if i were you. Now it's just a waiting game. They are only interviewing 160 people and 80 seats are available... super competitive. Every person I interviewed with was great so there is competition out there! They didn't say whether more invited were being sent out.

Hi guys I have just a quick question about the Fine Arts requirement. What class did you take?

I heard that it can't be a practical one such as stage makeup, which I am taking now. Would be annoying if I have to take a different one...

Does anybody know?
