Stony Brook Basic BSN class of 2020

Nursing Application has now opened for the Basic BSN fall 2018 program. I will be submitting my application Sept 1. I noticed there was no forum so I decided to start one... Good Luck to everyone that is applying. It is a bit early but it doesn't hurt to communicate with everyone. Has everyone finished all their pre-reqs?

Hey just a quick question how did you figure out ur solar account I was only given an applicant ID number? Thank you.

I received my solar info when i submitted my application for the accelerated one year program, it was an email from solar gate a few months back.

the fb group is Stony Brook University Nursing Class of 2020 2 Year Program

Check to make sure the facebook page isn't on private because I just searched it and nothing comes up.

It might be cause the girl who made the group added something to the name. It's SBU SON Class of 2020 2 Year Program now and it's not private

All of you guys that know you are accepted all found out thru solar correct? I interviewed in feb but I do not have a solar account nor have I received a rejection email... has anyone been notified of acceptance thru their original email???

Where / how did they give you a solar account?? Did they email it to you the day you submitted ur application? How do some people have a solar even tho they never previously attended SB and some do not??

I received my acceptance yesterday

via my SOLAR account. I had no idea decisions had even gone out. I attend SBU so Congratulations to everyone that was accepted. I can't wait to meet everyone in August. This has honestly been the most stressful two months of my life!!

Nothing came through my school email like the interview invite did. It was only on SOLAR that I saw I had a decision for admissions tab which hadn't been there a few days prior

Nothing comes up when you search for either name on Facebook.
