Stipulated Agreement with CA-BRN

Hi

Has anyone here gotten into a stipulated agreement with the BRN due to prior convictions?

If you have, how long did it take for you to get your NCLEX results released after you finished taking your NCLEX?

Thank you in advance! I took my NCLEX on 4/21 but they said it might take a while for them to process the papers...sigh

There was a previous thread where the answer to your question was answered. I believe it was at least 4 months if not longer. If I happen to stumble upon the thread I will post the link. But maybe you can search through the past few threads as well.

I sent in my appeal in Oct 2014, NCLEX March 2015, Stipulated agreement approved by BRN in Feb 2016, License post on website around 30 days later. Never received anything stating I "passed NCLEX" just license in the Mail. Part of the appeal agreement is you will not receive results until case is settled.

Hello all - sorry for not keeping up to date but if you are still following this thread.

No I have not received any news yet from the BRN (took my nclex 4/21). They said my application is going through a committee right now and I should know if my stipulated agreement is approved or not by 6/20 (if there are no delays).

BlackTea - Wow you waited almost a year after you took your NCLEX to get your stipulated agreement approved... I'm hoping to hear back a tad bit sooner cause that wait would drive me nuts lols.
