states that do not require local licensure?..pls help!!!

Hi!! im KyatRNs sister...i took the local boards last june but unfortunately the results were not yet released til this time ( worst is, we dot know yet when will it be released!!!!!:angryfire ) ...i would like to start applying for the nclex but do not know what state to apply since i do not have a local license yet....some of my friends told me bout NY or New Mexico...any suggestions and advice pls???? tnx..tnx...tnx..:uhoh3:

to make it easier for you, no state requires local license

but if you already have one, you must present it

a frined of mine who happend to apply also in Califonia Board of Nursing, she only sent a copy of her College diploma after 3 months she received a letter from the BON asking her a fotocopy of her active license

if she already has a license, she must present it to the BON
