Hi all! I'm being placed on a 1yr monitoring program as the place that did my evaluation couldn't give a diagnosis because I was negative on all testing my question is what to expect can I go back to working like normal how often is testing done so many things

Would you be willing to give more background.information? Why were you reported to begin with?

It was reported that I was intoxicated while worithat was false

We test between 3 to 5x a month. At least you only got a year but it's wrong you got any time.  They will tell you about working as thar varies

False accusations of being drunk while working proven false by blood and urine

Ps ya never know who might be reading here. If that's your real name and photo I'd change them.

Like Healer555 said, change your username if that's your real name.  If that's your made up name, then cool.

So it was reported you were intoxicated that was proven false by testing, but they still made you do a 1 year monitoring agreement?  That does unfortunately, sound like their CYA style that you might be a risk, so let's just make you go through monitoring so we don't get in trouble.

Your 1 year monitoring blows, but most of here have 3-5 years of monitoring with no SUD or a made-up SUD.

Did they tell you about a Mobiletrek app where you check-in everyday?  How will you get notifications of testing?  Most of them will be urine drug tests that test for ETG alcohol and some other substances.  (anywhere from 24 hours to 72 hours detection).

The app I go through is called spectrum I have to check in daily I also have to check in weekly with nhp but I'm able to work again which has been my goal so I'll jump through all the hoops if it means getting my life back

Do you know who reported you? My philosophy going forward is be polite and cordial to everyone at work but not friends, no one outside of work needs to know what I do for a living.

I was doing homecare initial accusations started with a security guard at school it snowballed from there the past 6 months have been hell but I'm climbing out now thank God

A security guard? That's so crazy.  My biggest fear is that this could happen to me again and again.

Im going back into facility work for that exact reason it's not what I want but until this is over it's what's safe
