Hi all! I'm being placed on a 1yr monitoring program as the place that did my evaluation couldn't give a diagnosis because I was negative on all testing my question is what to expect can I go back to working like normal how often is testing done so many things

Some of the case managers can be vindictive. I disagreed with my initial case manager on several things that didn't make sense. The conversations stayed professional but were heated. And she stopped advocating for me and suddenly "the team" was pushing for stricter and harsher monitoring. I spoke with one of the medical directors. And we had a long, good conversation. And he said very hopeful things. Then the case manager called me back and said they were not changing anything, I had to deal with it. So yea, no matter what they ask you to do and no matter how little sense it makes just do it. The NHP is not designed to advocate for nurses.

The NHP only gave you a year?? Just put your head down and stay off the radar and do what you have to do and the year will be over before you know it. Testing will likely be twice a month.
