Starting VN program

I just started school two weeks ago and I love every minute of it :) Okay so maybe some stuff can be a little stressful but nothing I can't handle. I too am going to school in Sacramento only judging by your program length and cost I see we're not going to the same one.

What school are you attending?

I start the lpn program at greene county career and tech center in three weeks! I was so excited to be accepted! Good luck to all future nurses!

Hey mrsmoore213,

I'm attending Kaplan College in Sacramento. Their program is a year and costs $31,765. I looked into going to Carrington College California but there start date was a bit too late for my situation. As for junior colleges, I would have loved to attend one those but I didn't have all my pre-reqs done and like I said starting school soon is what I need right now.

did anyone start as a CNA before LVN/LPN.?how was the advancement?..I just passed my CNA exam and thinking about advancing to LVN/LPN in the next few yew years or so...as for now I am looking for CNA jobs here in Sacramento...need advice,need recommendations,need help...
