I am freaking out too, but I am strating my pre-req classes. I have a degree in advertising and I loved it but I am no longer working in my field and I have no desire to go back to it. I am scared because it's something absolutely new but I really hope I do well. I wish you good luck and let me know how is nursing school. By the way, do you have a full time job?? how are you going to deal with 40 hours of work plus studying??
Hi guys! I start May 30th, so I am right behind 'ya! I am nervous too, but more excited than anything. I wish you all the best of luck and I hope we do great! :) I don't have a Medical background either (work for Social Services), so it is a new playing field to me as well. I can't wait!!!
I am nervous. However, I believe it is more of a fear of the unknown. I am taking a different route. I was accepted into the LPN program. I did not want to wait for the RN program and it is so competitive. I have called many schools and they said it is so much easier this way. There are not the "waits" for the bridge program. I start A and P 1 on May 23rd.
Good luck to all!

I am so nervous. I've been waiting for this moment for so long and now that it's here, I'm going bananas. My stethoscope and equipment has just come in the mail, I picked up my name tags, got all my books and it's so cute, but for some reason I feel unprepared like I don't know what else to do. I keep having these thoughts of "what if I don't do too well?" and "what was I thinking?" I just got out of the Marine Corps-I left the Marine Corps to become a nurse- and I was an engineer so you can see that this whole medical experience is freaking me out! Is anyone out there feeling the same way?
