Hello Everyone! I start nursing school today at howardcc.... I'm so nervous. I've worked really hard with taking pre-reqs for 2 years and now I'm ready to begin the next stage of my life and career. Right now, I feel its bitter sweet. I can't wait for the reward, but I know I'm going to have to put in a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. Well, please pray for me. I serve an Awesome God, and I know that through him anything is possible. Good luck to all of the rest of you who start today as well. :heartbeat:nurse::heartbeat

You will do great. If you go in expecting to pour all your sweat, tears and soul, you will be rewarded. Come here for all the encouragement you need:)

Hey, congratulations! If you've already poured this much effort into getting into nursing school, it makes sense that you'll pour as much into graduating. I'm still working on my pre-reqs and I know exactly how you feel about giving it your all.

NurseLoveJoy88,
Can you share with us how nursing school was? You wrote of your fears in August 2008, and 1 1/2 years later you're a nurse!! That is really great.
There's many of us waiting for a letter to arrive in the next few weeks from our respective schools. Any pointers you'd be willing to share?
