Hi Everyone,
I need advice on how to get started with my Nursing Career. Its been 14 years since i was in college and it was not in America and my credits will not transfer here so i have to start from zero. I am considering applying to WGU BSN Prelicensure program. I am confused on where to start. My questions to y'all:-
Are Straighterline Courses accepted by WGU for General Education and Science? If yes, which ones for BSN?
Is it possible to be accepted in WGU if you are not within the States where the course if offered? I am considering travelling for the Lab Classes. I live in TN and the WGU here does not have the BSN.
Where can i study/practice the assessment test for WGU?
Thanks y'all for your help.

I'm so sorry!! I didn't get this notification until I checked my junk mail. I recommend calling after you've perished this site. I'm not able to give you copies of my emails unless we find away to pm...Good luck and let me know if I can help at all!
Thanks so much.
I did click on the link posted earlier and got more information.
Just wanted to wish you luck on this process as I am somewhat in the same boat. I am hoping to be able to join the cohort in June 2016 as well. Hopefully we'll both get in then and be able to help each other out.
Thanks. I wish you all the best too. Hope we will join in June 2016. I am still wondering if its a must i have a Bachelors Degree in another field to be accepted or i can just finish the Pre-reqs and will be good to go... Have you taken your pre-reqs? I am taking mine on Straighterline.
I have taken the majority of mine through the community college here. I believe I have all of the pre-reqs they require but will need to complete biochemistry and statistics eventually. I am looking into Straighterline and Clep for those. I don't think they do biochemistry though. As far as I know you have to have all prereqs done and transferred in prior to the April 1 deadline.
