Hello,

I am so excited about starting Emory nursing school in the fall. I'm coming to Georgia from Louisiana so I hope that it isn't too much of a culture shock . Is anyone else headed to Emory in the fall? Any advice about anything would be great from anyone ;) !!!!

OK... Just finished the A&P test. I did OK. Tomorrow night is HIPPA!!!

Hello, my fellow Emory Classmates!!

I am very excited to talk to you guys. I will also start classes next week. This will be my second degree. I am extremely anxious! It has been very nerve racking waiting for school to start.

How is every one coming along with dosage and calculations.:o

Will anyone be volunteering this semester??

Oh yeah...anyone else notice the orientation email says it's only on the 28th and 29th? Didn't our paperwork say Aug 28th-30th?

Hello my fello Emory classmates (CLASS OF 2009) , I can't wait until school starts next Tuesday. I am really scared not knowing what to expect:chair:. I am trying to get through these dos cal. I hope they reteach this to us because I have questions about some of the problems.

yea I thought it was 28th~30th, but the email says 28th and 29th.

hopefully it's just 2 days like email says.

Amytheodd...thanks for all of your info on Emory:nurse:. I ordered my cardiac stethoscope from allheart.com. I can't wait to get it. It should arrive next week. They are the cheapest. Just getting kinda tired of this dos cal book. :angryfire

Preach on sister!!!! I ordered mine from them also. It should be here by now. I drove into Atlanta today and to my surprise your post office does not stay open 24/7. The one at home does... :(

We have one 24 hour post office and it is at the airport off of interloop rd. The only thing you will find open 24 hours is Kroger.
