Hello i have been trying to get into the LPN program for a about a year and a half now, i feel as though all my effort is going no where, i have taken my NET test twice, Weds i will try again to take it to improve my score, i am so determined to be in this field, i work at a nearby hospital as a PCT in the ER and I love it I love going to work, working extra just being there with patients and learning from the nurses there..Any insight to my dilemma please advice...Thanks Pre-Nursing Student Hopefully:banghead:

If the NET is what is holding you back try attending a program that does not involve an NET, they do exist. At the local community college the school of nursing does not require NET scores but rather "invites" students based on grades and residence

I had to take a NET test to get into nursing school and I bought the NET prep book, very similar to the actual NET test.

Do you have a choice of more than one nursing institution? Have you considered going straight to RN?

I think given the current state of Admission seats that the successful applicant will apply for at least 4 programs.
