I didn't find another thread yet for the Stanford New Grad RN Residency starting Fall 2020. I thought this would be a good place to share advice and on where/when to apply for Stanford’s nurse residency program. I have a vague understanding that it may reopen this spring, however, the website does not have much information past that. Not to mention, it's nice to extend a little support to each other during our first job hunt.

I interviewed during the last round and if it’s the same format, you will be interviewing for all ICU units. Then if a manager from one of those units likes you, you’ll be invited back for a follow up interview for that particular unit.

Mine was just one on one with the unit manager. But I heard they can be different just depending on the unit. Some may be with multiple people from the unit interviewing you, some one on one.

Hi! I just got an email for an interview with one of their Medicine units! They didn't specify in the email but just listed all their medicine units I could be interviewed for!
