Published

Hey guys! Just figured I would start the thread for Stanford's New Grad Program for Fall 2019, has anyone heard of when the application dates are or when the website will open for applications

also, does anyone remember or know what the hourly wage was?

Someone actually asked that question on Facebook. This was the response,

"Our New Grad RNs make a base rate of $68.47 / hour plus differentials depending on your assigned shift (e.g. Evenings = 10% / Nights = 18% / Weekends = 5%). Let me know if you have any further questions!"

Has anyone received an offer?

@Nutella10 I haven’t heard anything yet, but will let you know if I do

Apparently all interviews are complete...

Oh, interesting. This is what the recruiter posted on FB a few minutes ago.

Welp I hope they didn't forget about me! LOL

Nutella10, if you don't mind me asking, did they give you specific instructions about the 2nd interview, like they did for the first? What types of questions, etc? Is it a group interview like the first?

Nope! The nurse manager just called me and told me where to be and what time and that was it. I have a feeling its more causal meet and greet type of deal. I'll still be like over-prepared.

Good luck to you!

@Nutella10 for the second interview: I’m not sure if it’s the same for all units (I was interviewing for Medicine) but it was behavioral questions primarily. Some general ‘get to know you’ questions. There were no other candidates, it was just me. I hope that helps! Fingers crossed for you ?

Hi Nutella10, I also interviewed for a Medicine Unit for my 2nd interview last week. The nurse manager from the panel interview was there along with a few other members from the unit, but there were no other candidates. During my interview, there were some behavioral questions, but it was mainly a session to get to know you better as a candidate (my manager made an emphasis on that). In my experience, it was less nerve-wracking than the panel. I wish you the best of luck tomorrow! Remember to breathe!
