Stanford New Grad March 2022

Published

Just wanted to start a page where people can update each other as we all apply to stanford's new grad program! ?

beenursexoxo, apply again in about 10 months once you are experienced and you have a great chance. There is a nursing shortage, they need nurses and have a lot of positions posted for experienced nurses

I received a rejection letter today after midnight. I am glad I picked an offer from Hopkins. Good luck to everyone who didn't get the offer, you guys are amazing; you will land somewhere better than this opportunity. It is all about a one-year experience, we can get a better chance after

Hey guys weird update! I guess the automated email was a mistake? I got an email this morning at 7am welcoming me to the Stanford team from HR! So for those who got an automated email, don’t lose hope!

beenursexoxo, that's fantastic! Congrats!

What did the automated email say? If you don’t mind sharing

It was very general like "thank you for your blah blah for clinical nurse 1 new grad" and said that they were not moving forward with my application during the final selections. It was from workday, not HR. It was very short, like three sentences.

How weird! I got that rejection email at midnight from workday. Now I don't know what to think LOL. I reached out to someone from talent acquisition yesterday but haven't heard back yet?

Yeah it was super weird. Talk about a roller coaster of emotions! Have you checked your workday and what the status says? Cause even though I got that automated email my status on workday still said in progress. So I'm not sure if that means anything but?

Honestly, a rollercoaster of emotions! Mine also still says in progress. Do you happen to know if it automatically changes when someone is no longer being considered?

I guess I'll have to wait until talent acquisition gets back to me for a confirmation ? I also know for the unit I interviewed for, I was probably the last to get the rejection email from workday.. so maybe there is still a slight teeny tiny possibility?

I'm not sure if it automatically changes or not sadly. But I hope you hear back and it's good news! Good Luck to you!  ?
