Hi guys, with the program application about to open I thought I would make a thread!
Hello everyone,
I am applying to the next cohort in April, and just had a quick question about the interview experience. For both the panel interviews and unit interview, what kind of questions were asked? Was it mostly about your experiences with patients or was it scenario based? I appreciate any insight that is offered. Thanks!

For panel interviews, it was all behavioral questions where we were expected to answer with scenarios from our relevant experience. My unit interview was still mostly behavioral questions with a few clinical scenarios at the end.
Hi Everyone! I am going to start my nursing program in Fall 2023, and want to prepare myself to be the best candidate possible for the Stanford Residency Program when I graduate, would anyone be willing to share with me what I should do? GPA, volunteering, etc? I want to know what to focus on more. Thanks!
Hi everyone! Congrats to those who got hired. I applied to the August cohort and have an interview soon for research and trial nurse, and I was wondering if any research and trial nurses from this thread might be able to share what their experience in that role is like, what is your day to day like ? ?

Today I received an email from HR stating that I was cleared with occupational health, background, licenses, etc. If you have any documents pending I'm sure this is when they would remind you of the March 14 deadline. I was told I would receive an email Wednesday about the New Employee Orientation. If anyone has any other questions I would recommend reaching out to your HR/ Onboarding partner.
Hope this helps.
