Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Stanford Nurse Residency, Cohort 41. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

Do you think it would be bad to apply for another job at stanford while im waiting? I need a job periodt. LOL

I don't think it would be bad LOL! If anything it will probably help you get an RN job there in the future if you're already an employee there! Some hospitals like Kaiser recommend RNs to apply for their PCT positions first!

Wait so just to get my head on straight... if I applied and did not submit all of my files in one combined file, and still can only see my resume on my candidate home page, does this mean my application will get rejected? Or can I just not see all of my documents on my end? I emailed the New Grad email and never got a response so maybe its fine?

If you submitted everything you will be okay. It did not need to be in one file. They see it on their end . If there is something missing they will contact you. They don't reject you right away.

When I applied for the Spring 2024 cohort I received a rejection letter on January 31, 2024 (Application deadline was November 12, 2023)… so the wait was about 6 weeks for me.  And that was without an interview!

Sorry guys I meant to say the wait was about 10 weeks, not 6 weeks 😅
