Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Stanford Nurse Residency, Cohort 41. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!
Applications open up at 12 am tonight! Good luck to all of us!
Spring said:Hi Everyone, I am freaking out because I originally submitted my application on April 2nd and then realized that I had not included the contact information for my volunteer work. and I subsequently withdrew my April 2nd application this morning . On my screen I received a notification saying that my application had been withdrawn. I then updated the omitted information and resubmitted my application. Now I am seeing that there are two active submissions bearing my name in the system. I emailed new grad residency but I just saw it here you cant apply twice. Please let me know if you had similar experience
Hi! Did they ever get back to you? I want to withdraw and reapply because my transcripts didn't attach like many others, but I'm not sure if I should.

Reapply with new acct first! See if all docs uploaded and shows when you view the application! If it does, then withdraw the old application. That's what I did few days ago... now my new application shows 4 docs... cover letter, resume, transcript, and a combined file containing all other three docs.... Just in case~~~ cuz I recalled it somewhere in the webinar saying to combine all files into one ?!?!
Woowh said:Hi guys, are you able to choose your units this time? I realized that when I submitted my application, I wasn't able to choose one like before. I'm worried that I skipped that part.
Yes. It listed the available units for you to rank, right before the supplemental questions you had to answer
ksummart said:I submitted the application last week. Today, I checked the status and review the application, found out that NOT all documents I uploaded were there. Anyone experienced the same? What did you guys do? Any advice? Thank you.
same here, I am only able to see my resume as an attachment. I'm wondering if that's how it appears for everyone?
ksummart said:Hi Chonka, I checked back on 2023 cohort and many of them had the same issue. However, few people posted that HR got back to them and said that they received all documents. I think I might be on our end only for not seeing all documents. I think we are okay.
thank you for checking! I'm thinking it's probably how their system is set up. good luck! 🙂

That happened to my on the first application. I withdraw and reapplied with the new acct and all the documents show up on the application.

Hi! Are you able to see your application questions, ranking, references, etc. as well? For some reason, I can only see everything up to my uploaded documents! Nothing after...

Just to answer this, you're only able to see up to the documents part when you click "view". Nothing else shows 🙂

Hi! When they told you to reapply, did you withdraw your last application? I am having the same issue, but wasn't told to reapply. Starting to freak out because it's getting close to the cut-off.
