Stanford Health Care Nurse Residency Cohort 41

Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Stanford Nurse Residency, Cohort 41. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

Applications open up at 12 am tonight! Good luck to all of us!

Hi Everyone, I am freaking out because I originally submitted my application on April 2nd and then realized that I had not included the contact information for my volunteer work. and  I subsequently withdrew my April 2nd application this morning . On my screen I received a notification saying that my application had been withdrawn. I then updated the omitted information and resubmitted my application. Now I am seeing that there are two active submissions bearing my name in the system. I emailed new grad residency but I just saw it here you cant apply twice. Please let me know if you had similar experience

Hi! I would probably wait for their response. Maybe they will withdraw one of your applications themselves?

My friend forgot to attach her cover letter and unofficial transcript, so she emailed them letting them know what happened. They told her to make a new account and to just send in a new application, and they cancelled the first application she turned in.

After struggling for couple days, I decided to withdraw my  application and re-applied with new account. This time, I noticed some changes on the website when I fill out the application. And I was able to upload all the documents, which show up later when I view my application. Hope everything works out.

What documents are you able to see?

Last application, mine was only showing resume but not cover letter or transcript. The newest one shows everything on the application!

Do you know if your withdrawn application still shows? I wanted to do the same thing, but many others said not to apply more than once 😕

Hi does anyone else's application only show certifications portion along with pdf attachments?

Thats all I see along with the initial info application when I click "view application". I don't see the other attachment with my resumes

Hi! I just looked at my application yesterday and noticed the same thing too. I originally applied at 12 on April 1st but didmt include my cover letter but was told to make a new email and reapply at 7am on April 1st. But when I looked at my application again yesterday, even after I reapplied, it still did not show my extra attatchments. :c so im hoping theyre going to overlook this and fix their system. This just sucks for people who applied already.
