Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Stanford Nurse Residency, Cohort 41. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

Applications open up at 12 am tonight! Good luck to all of us!

Specializes in Nursing,Phlebotomy, Medical Assistant, Lab Manager.

Any idea what they'd like me to add here? Issue and expiration date? Any help would be lovely!

I just put the expiration date but I wasn't sure either! I am guessing it's okay if you put issue date on there as well! 😊

issue and exp date is what I put.

Anyone else experiencing issues on their website when trying to submit the application? I got a message saying "internal issue encountered". Then I closed my browser to do it again and got a "bad gateway" message page.

Hey everyone,

I submitted my application last night, uploaded both resume and cover letter on the additional document section. When I viewed the application, it only shows resume but not the cover letter been uploaded. In addition, I also forgot about the transcript. Should I create a new account and re-apply again?

Hey! I believe they said to only apply once! I would suggest emailing them about your issue!

This happened to me too when I just checked my application! I submitted all of the required documents so I'm not sure what's going on?

They called me today saying that I'm missing my cover letter! I told them I attached it along with my unofficial transcripts in the 'additional documents' part when I submitted my application. The person who I spoke to said that it's not there and I have to email them my cover letter. I wonder why it wasn't showing.

LOL same thing happened to me except it was my transcripts! Not sure what's going on with the website. They did say to complete it in one sitting but I had the tab open for a couple of hours so maybe that was what caused the issue ?

They email me back saying during scoring period, someone will email me asking for documents... and do not reapply.... I havnt receive any emails yet~ but I'm 100% I didn't upload my transcripts... I TRIED to upload cover letter and resume...

Do you guys know if we have to submit the transcripts from all schools attended or just the nursing school one?
