Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Stanford Nurse Residency, Cohort 41. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

Applications open up at 12 am tonight! Good luck to all of us!

They send you the info for the background information pretty fast once you get the initial hr email, and they ask you do to it ASAP so that onboarding can be complete in time for start date. But there wasn't a hard cut off date.

I don't yet b/c I missed the HR followup call yesterday b/c I was studying for my NCLEX, which I took this morning. Trying to muster the energy to call back this afternoon, but might wait until after the 4th....I'll post if I find anything out.

Thank you!! Do we have to reenter the information or can we sign off + allow them to use the initial application we sent? I am going out of the country soon without my laptop and just wanna make sure I don't miss anything!

I wouldn't worry just yet- the HR Person in the phone said it's just her doing the emails and follow ups for all 55 hires, so she's probably a bit back logged!

Hi! For those who submitted their background checks, did you use the same references from your application? Or did you use new references? It seems like they want current supervisors and not clinical instructors?

I interviewed with them as well. I was second-to-last for the day. Haven't heard anything either 😞 They said they'd let us know today or tomorrow but if they interviewed all four of us yesterday, I thought they'd make a decision by now. Maybe they have 😥

I just signed my offer letter today! I'm so excited! Let's go Cohort 41! ❤️
