Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Stanford Nurse Residency, Cohort 41. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

I am kind of disappointed that I haven't heard anything back. I assume that I did not get the job based on not hearing anything, but I at least expect a rejection letter or email. Seems like the bare minimum.

Hi everyone! I'm in the process of compiling my resume in the format they are requesting for the next cohort. I was wondering if anyone put contact info for the volunteer expieiences? They aren't going to be part of my references, so I wasn't sure if it was necessary.

Hi! Yes they prefer you add contact info on your resume! 🙂

I forgot to put my volunteer supervisor contact info in my resume when I applied. I emailed them asking if it will affect my application and they said "It will not affect your candidacy – we only need that if an offer is made and you'll have a chance then to enter in the information.” Hope this helps!

I got my verbal offer Monday and just got the HR email!

I wouldn't worry just yet- the HR Person in the phone said it's just her doing the emails and follow ups for all 55 hires, so she's probably a bit back logged!

Definitely. I got my offer letter yesterday and my verbal offer on 6/21 so it took a while.

Congratulations!! Do you know what the process is like after getting the offer letter and the time frame to complete the background check etc after accepting the offer?
