Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Stanford Nurse Residency, Cohort 41. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

Applications open up at 12 am tonight! Good luck to all of us!

Just to confirm, F3 said they would let us know by Friday?

HELP! Did anyone else get a screening call from hematology?! They said they just realized they wanted to take new grads (something along those lines).

I didn't. Are you a new grad and without RN experience? I'm confused.

I got a call stating that they were screening new grads that were recommended from other units that had interviewed already.

Basically that more positions opened up.

Is it only for F3 that more positions opened up? Or other units too? Also, was it the manager that called you? Sorry to many questions.

So inpatient oncology (F3) sent resumes to hematology because they decided late that they wanted to take new grads. The said they were screening a couple people. And would have interviews next week. They proceeded to ask me interview questions over the phone. No worries, I'm just trying to get clarity.

What  unit is hematology?

what time did you get this call? I interviewed for G1 and didn't get an offer. after seeing this, I'm hoping maybe there's some hope for another unit... 😭

It was around 7pm? I missed their initial call and called them back.
