Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the Stanford Nurse Residency, Cohort 41. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

They were 4 behavioral style questions. If you create practice answers based on the nursing qualities they mentioned in the webinar (autonomy, delegation, prioritization...etc) you will be well prepped! It was very straight forward.

All of us being interviewed had good answers that came out smoothly!

I think for me what made me stand out was Honeslty just being myself, and treating it as a conversation vs. an interrogation!

I wonder if they're done calling people for AAU Medicine unit. They mentioned earlier that they were gonna make phone calls by tonight

for those who got a call for a second interview from aau medicine division 2 have you received an email with the details yet?

I have a panel interview coming up, I wanted to ask how long did it take to prepare your answers? Did you have a long list of stories or just a few that covered a variety of stories?

And to those that have gotten a second interview, how long did you wait to hear back from them after your first interview?
