I got an interview invite for the neonatal tract! NICU & ICN. I wonder how many new grads they are hiring per unit. I know they mentioned during the info session that they are hiring a total of 40 new grads

In this department or the whole hospital??

I'm really focusing on compiling a list of clinical/job scenarios that could answer behavioral questions like "tell me a time you made a mistake, you went above and beyond for a pt, had a conflict with a coworker, etc"! How about you?!

I'm doing the same! I wonder how strict they will be with the time limit of 2 minutes. Best of luck to all of us ?

Hi everyone, I'm thrilled and so thankful to be interviewing for the neonatal care track on Monday the 8th! Does anybody know the questions they'll ask us? Sometimes they are the same ones for multiple cohorts so I'm curious. Looking forward to seeing those of you who are in my group!

Are y'all wearing business casual or scrubs?
