Anyone applied for this school year ? So far I've done the placement exam and the interview, wanted to see if anyone knows when they will be sending out letter of acceptance ?

I feel better right now guys maybe tomorrow will be the day I hope... Maybe tomorrow they will send out an email .... It just gets me nervous because leaving a voicemail to my rep in the morning and sending an email and I get no response back its like really

Good luck Denise! I did not get accepted well they said that they have 4 spots but I won't get it.... I don't have experience in the field its find though I have others schools

i am SO deeply saddened for you. I could only imagine how you feel. Don't give up and definitely try others. There's a plan for EVERYONE. Good luck and God bless.

I am so sorry to hear that. I didn't know having experience was more attractive to them when selecting candidates? I love your attitude. You are right. There are other schools and never give up! I know you will get accepted and continue on to become an RN! Thank you again for the well wishes. I appreciate it very much. I hope you stick around this forum as well! 🙂

Thanks guys of course I can't give up lol maybe It wasn't went to be as well lol I would of drop 2 hours to that school so I'm good that's how I see God does stuff for some reasons .... Wish u guys lots of luck!!! I'm not sad or anything I will always have a positive attitude I just don't like how they did it .... It good them two weeks to tell me I'm not in and that they Internet was down !?!? But I left a voicemail and u couldn't call me back I know there busy but no and they offered for the LVN program because I have no experience in the field but I finished all my pre requisites, I rather be waiting in a RN waiting list thanks guys and good luck!!!!! Seee u out there

I didn't get in. That schools full of (you know what). I scored above and beyond what was required on the Accuplacer. 4+ years experience under my belt. Awesome presentation at the interview and nothing. They found other "more qualified candidates". good luck to whoever attends this college. They only have 30 seats sooooo. I definitely don't wanna believe that my skin color had anything to do with it. Needless to say, I'm over that situation and on to starting west coast next month for my bachelors. I have the means to pay monthly and I'll have my bachelors at the end as opposed to just an associates. The sky's the limit for me. Lol you'll be okay though nurse larios. There's several options to use to get where you wanna be. That situation didn't discourage me at all. In fact I completed the enrollment process the same day I got rejected lol. They were overly apologetic, but I'm thinking "why are you sorry?" Sorry that such a great candidate couldn't get in? Ohhhhhh ok no worries lol. Keep me posted

I am in their 1st cohort so graduating soon. I can assure you it wouldn't be due to the color of your skin. I'm not even about to go back and try to hunt down your ethnicity but we started with like 27 and majority were not caucasian (think about 9ish) and I am in my last week before my exit exam and there are 16 of us left. I actually had to stop and look around to see how many of us were caucasian lol. there is 5. yes I am caucasian but i am far from a favorite or even near preferential to the department.
