hello everyone,
is it true that RN Staffing Agency payrate is low compare to working in a nursing home ?
what are your thoughts about working in a Staffing agency?

This is probably highly variable depending upon your geographic area & your credentials/expertise.

You have posted in Nursing First Job Hunt Assistance. I'd be very leary of any agency that would hire a new grad. Agency nurses need at least 1 year of experience as you are expected to walk into any setting and function independently after brief 1-2hr facility orientation. Agency pay is based on your years of experience along with agency's contract with a facility.
