Staff Nurse I position vs new grad for Sutter Health?

I noticed Staff Nurse I positions at Sutter Health positions in California say less than 1 year experience. I'm a new grad without ANY healthcare experience. Am I wasting 2 minutes of my time submitting my application to the much more numerous entry level Staff Nurse 1 but not new grad positions at Sutter or other health care facilities? I saw a message board post saying that Sutter would already have a candidate in mind when they posted single opening positions for new grads on their jobs website so I'm unsure if I'm chasing after a job that doesn't actually exist. Maybe going after the more numerous Staff Nurse 1 positions is a better and more fruitful endeavor?
